An additional area of our practice, stemming from our past knowledge and experience in water contamination cases (see our Toxic Tort accolades) concentrates on Toxic Tort. This would include, oil and gas leaks, water contamination, carbon monoxide poisoning, and many other toxic chemical ingestions. This is a very complex and complicated area of the law that our firm is highly skilled in, enabling us to walk you through all the steps and maximize your potential resolution.
Before Mr. Miller founded the firm, he worked in the securities and brokerage industry serving as a financial advisor and principal for several firms, which equipped him with years of invaluable experience in the securities industry. Mr. Miller brings this experience to the firm in representing individual investors and corporations against brokerage and bank giants in such areas as securities fraud, disputes, churning, manipulation, breach of fiduciary duty, misrepresentation and unauthorized trading practices – through FINRA arbitration and State and Federal litigation.
